Post-exam weekend

Ten minutes left to the swedish Eurovision final!!!
Today I had a magnum (ice-cream) and a bowl of ice-cream, melted with pieces of banana, man that's the shit!!!
Chris Rock is starring in a movie where he's running for president, and you know what, just a few minutes ago, he became the first black president ever in America. I guess we're on a roll..
Virginia tech return is coming closer and closer now, just a month left. The constant rearranging and restructuring of the documentary is contantly keeping my constant mind busy. I don't know what it will be. I'm having one of those patented Coppola moments where he during the making of Apocalypse now back in 78, paced back and forward saying his film was shit and noone would like it. I'm not saying my ideas are shit but I set the bar high up and since I don't know what I'm gonna get, the life of a documentarian, I can't project the final result, nontheless the outcome amongst the people. But I'm keeping myself focused.
The essay has been begun for real now and a structure has been set. The week in Stockholm starting wednesday will be essay and frisbee, oh yeah!!!

An eventful day, certainly
Okay, a lot of stuff has happened today and two, not yet!
let me start with the two: studying and studying, I need to read half of Flaubert's parrot and all of Baudrillard before I fall asleep, ok
before I forget, I just have to forward this information cause it's cracking me up..
Wyoming is holding caucuses today and after 78% on the dem. side, Obama is leading 59 to 40, yeaahh!
BUT....
on the republican side (sure, it's already settled but still) all the votes have been counted, yes sir, 100% here are the results:
Mitt Romney 8 votes
Thompson 3
Hunter 1
Huckabee 0
McCain 0
Giuliani 0
Paul 0
12!!!! twelve votes in the entire state, sure it's not the most populated state but it is a BIG one. 12...12, that's a majority of my class... Congratulations Romney, you might just pass Huckabee again, ha ha
ok, in other news:
I got my wide lens today, after almost four weeks, finally, that cam sure is pimped now, oh yeah!!!
Stefan Holm won the high jump in Valencia and is the world indoor champion for the fourth time, so cool, 2:36 and Rybakov got, yet another silver medal.
Andra chansen, or sort of semifinal in the swedish melodifestival would send two of the eight runner-ups from the previous four competitions, which had already sent a total of 8 songs directly to the final next week went on in Kiruna, nort sweden. Actually, that city, is the largest city in Europe!!! I'm not kidding. Not peoplewise but the geographical area it holds, like a mile to every neighbor, almost. Well, anyway, carola, who won the eurovision for sweden in 1992 (yes 92) and also competed for sweden in 2005 and 1983 (YES 1983) was quickly out of the race for a ticket to the final and how sweet it is to be loved by you, and you and you and ha ha, I loved it!!!
The livingroom has been rearranged!
I also posted some pics from the party last night, on facebook, some small adjustments were done..
It's not gonna be an all nighter with the primaries since there's none, the caucuses is almost fisnished counting but next week we head for Teneesee and a primary holding some 30 something delegates!!
I need to read now....

Monday afternoon snooze
Here's the thing, I took Gender and remediation Studies which excluded me from the abslute scholarly need to start a blog, thus this late entry to the thing.
The sun went behind a few clouds down south-east Galgamarken and I don't think it's coming back.
Today is actually a day of relief. The proposal is in and suddenly focus can shift towards the exams next week. I doubt I will have to fully study for the proposal critique which is this friday; "Yeah, I'm writing about..uh, what was it again, oh yes, something that uh, uh" NO, it's been saved as and in several formats so it should be good.
But about the exam, I do have several books to go through and I'm thinking on the lines of starting with Hayles. An example from How we became posthuman:
"The third wave swelled into existence when self-organization began to be understood not merely as the (re)production of internal organization but as the springboard to emergence"(11).

I think I shall connotate these lines conceptually within the mediated context of (re)understanding when I figure out the medium, text, ahead of its message. Yes!!!
And in other news, Tomorrow evening, oh yeah, oh yeah, call me a junkie, call me an addict, call me Martin for tomorrow, another one of those late nighters are up for grabs when the democratic primaries hit the second super tuesday in Texas, Ohio, Vermont and Rhode Island (states I've been to, in the last general election, part from Vermont, but pretty close). It is my understanding that should Obama win Texas by a slight margin and Hillary do the same in Ohio, then I think it's about time they call it for Barack. Sure, we could wait for Pennsylvania, The Hershey's state and have another late one, problem is though, I'll just be back from the US, but will still be in Stockholm that day and do they have CNN? I don't know, hm, well well.. "We can now project that Barack Obama will carry the state of Texas" Oh yeah!!!

At the very end is the beginning
So I finally did it! I created my own blog. Blog, the word I really despised when it came to what it is. Not because of the actual act of doing what it does but the word itself, it was like a merge between a blob and snore, don't ask why.
So it's early march and several hours before deadline, my biggest issue is to get the dumb thing doublespaced AND .doc:ed which is not as easy as...something easy. But the content is there at least. If I write out #something# btw it means i'm listening to that specific song, just to set the mood for you. #Even now-Barry Mannilow#, hey don't judge, I'm swaying my arms here. Even nooooow, la la la la-the end of the movie where you get up, and you're happy.
I think this will work as an extension to the Facebook status, lots more words, yeah!! Wonder who will read this? Probably those who I know have blogs themselves, Idasofia, Sanna, Maria, probably Amy or maybe I should say, those I give the adress to.
Then I have to figure out how to attach pictures too..I see an html button there, maybe youtube-videos, hm..
I'll just post this and figure out more for next time...
